Over the past 5+ years of serving the Indianapolis area we’ve been developing our own approach to make your Computer Repair experience as positive and stress-free as possible.  We believe in free diagnosis, fast quality service and professionalism.  Our technicians are taught to follow our eight-step Customer Satisfaction process:

1 – Listen and understand the customer’s needs

At Wright PC, we help customers with a wide array of computer problems.  No matter how much or how little you know about computers, you’ll feel comfortable knowing that you’re working with a technician who is trained to communicate with you in a language you can understand.

2 – Create a Backup

Before we start any diagnosis testing on your machine, we always create a full image backup of your system.  This ensures you that your data is safe and will be protected during the repair process.  At Wright PC, we understand how important your data is.

3 – Test all hardware and software

After we check-in your computer we’ll immediately start testing both the hardware and the software.  Before we start working on any part of your computer, we want to make sure that you’re not going to have any other problems down the line.  Our free diagnosis includes tests for your Hard Drive, Memory Chips, Graphics Card, Central Processing Unit (CPU), LAN/Wireless Cards, and your Windows System Files.  We’ll keep you updated with the results of these preliminary tests as we continue to analyze your computer.

4 – Diagnose the problem

After the preliminary tests have been completed we’ll be able to diagnose exactly what’s going on with your computer.  Once we’ve figured out the problem, we’ll give you a call right away.  Before we receive customer approval for any repair there is absolutely NO cost for our work.

5 – Communicate with the customer

We believe in making sure that when our customers decide to put money into their computer they’re doing it because it makes financial sense for them – not for us.  Once we’ve explained the problem in plain English and we have your approval for the repair, we’ll get started right way.  After approval our average turnaround time is 24-48 hours.  If you choose to decline the work you can pick up your computer with no cost to you.

6 – Fix the problem

Immediately after receiving approval for your repair our technicians will get started repairing your computer.  We’ll keep you updated on the status of your repair as our technicians work to fix your issues.  At any time if you’re interested in a real-time update on your repair, feel free to give us a call at (317)-733-8020.

7 – Updating and Fine Tuning

After the repair has been completed, Wright PC will ensure all Windows updates have been completed, including hotfixes, service packs, etc.  After that, we will update all run-times such as Adobe Flash Player, Adobe Reader, Java, Shockwave, etc. and finally, update your Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware Definitions.

8 – Testing and Delivery

No repair is complete until we confirm that your problem has been solved and that you won’t have any additional problems going forward once you return home with your computer.  After the final tests are done we’ll let you know that your computer has been fixed and is ready for pickup.  Finally, all repairs have a 30 day labor warranty and guarantee!
