Returns

  • All new items carry a 14 day return policy
  • All returns must be returned new, unused, and contain all original parts/accessories/manuals
  • Opened parts are subject to a 15% restocking fee
    • All parts must be complete and in sellable condition
      • If an item is physically damaged due to improper over-clocking, user error, or installation, it cannot be returned nor warranted
      • Dead on arrival items can be returned within 14 days for repair or replacement
      • Special ordered items and custom builds cannot be returned
      • Software cannot be returned if opened
      • If a refurbished computer is not powerful enough for what you need, you may bring it back and pay the difference for a more powerful refurbished system.
